I consulted about protruding mouth. Another hospital had recommended double jaw surgery, but they said that since it was only mild, protruding-mouth surgery alone could also be effective, and when I was planning contouring surgery they dissuaded me from it. They don't seem to recommend surgeries that aren't necessary or that may not have a big effect..
