I found out this wasn’t a case for protruding-mouth surgery, so I don’t plan to get surgery here. It seems like they have a lot of ASO experience and are good at it, but it feels like they try to solve every patient’s problem with protruding-mouth surgery only? If I say it nicely, the director has a friendly neighborhood-uncle vibe, but if I say it bluntly, he’s a bit domineering. His personal standards seemed so firm that I didn’t think communication would go well. The staff were just okay. The hospital facilities didn’t seem like I could call them very good. It felt a bit outdated. Separate from the director’s surgical skill, I’m not a protruding-mouth surgery case, so my expectation for surgery got only 2 stars.
