This is a memory from 12 years ago. Back in high school, it was the most famous place in Nowon for cheap and natural cosmetic surgery. But a part-time doctor did the surgery, and a blood vessel burst, so it had to be re-stitched. lol Still, I managed to use it well for 12 years. I'm now facing revision surgery.. If you're a student doing it because you don't have money, there may be no choice, but I wouldn't really recommend it. Ah. My mother had under-eye fat repositioning, and that turned out really cheap and well done!
