I had double eyelid surgery, front canthoplasty, and back canthoplasty here when I was 21, exactly 11 years ago. The front canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery turned out well, but the back canthoplasty was a complete disaster. The eye corner was left in a D shape, and at the time the director said that because my eyes were set deep into the orbital bone, even front and back canthoplasty wouldn’t make my eyes bigger. And indeed, they didn’t get much bigger, so even though the D shape wasn’t very noticeable, I just lived with it. But 3 years ago, after I had lower canthoplasty at another clinic, the D shape became really obvious. I regret the back canthoplasty here the most. It was the worst choice.
