Because they don't take consultation reservations, they have a same-day waiting system, so I had to wait about 30 minutes before the consultation. I couldn't see the director and instead consulted with the deputy director. They kept checking the double eyelid line a few times, but then kept brushing me off by saying that since it keeps loosening, the exact decision can just be made on the day of surgery, which was frustrating
