I had osteotomy, silicone on the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage for the nose tip. I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was similar. They said the silicone would be 1-2 mm, but another clinic told me it looked like 3 mm had been inserted (I'm looking into having the silicone removed). And they said the starting point of the silicone seems high. The nose tip is pretty, so even if I remove the silicone, I plan to keep that part.
