I had a non-incisional surgery 10 years ago and ended up uneven The surgery failed too... Now you've opened under a different name. I'm saying this as a whisper to a bamboo grove. It seems like you're not good at difficult surgeries.. I went there trusting the non-incisional method, but Ah. You are an otolaryngology specialist.
