While consulting, the director suggested a safe method, which made me trust him more. He explained the reasons a lot, even though I didn't fully understand everything, such as that I needed surgery for a crooked nose and that the alar reduction surgery would be done this time and then, depending on the progress, could be done if the patient wanted it later.
