I went for a forehead reduction consultation. I had gone after watching YouTube and reading online reviews, and the director consulted carefully and kindly. The consultation manager seemed to have changed, and the new one was genuinely kind and told me everything I was curious about. I plan to look around at other consultations this week and then decide on surgery.
