The doctor was kind and explained things in a straightforward way, but the person doing the consultation… they kept interrupting to finish the consultation quickly. I swear on everything, I’m not the type to talk for long when I go in for a consultation, so I still don’t understand why they acted like that. This was the first clinic where I felt that the people doing consultations really have to do well if they want to keep patients lol
