The doctor was kind and the staff was kind too. The clinic was clean. Rather than looking at my face as a whole, they only looked at the part I mentioned. The manager was also kind, but I put the surgery decision on hold. I still wasn't ready to have surgery, so I'll look around a bit more. They showed me a few before-and-after photos too.
