He was calm and kind in the way he explained things, and, as expected, he said that because my nose is fleshy, short, and low, it would probably need silicone, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage. Since it was my first surgery, I listened to the consultation first, asked about the parts I was curious about, and left. He also answered my questions very thoroughly. I'm still thinking about it now.
