It's been quite a while since I had the surgery, so I'm not sure about the exact cost. It seems like it was around the same.. I didn't want to look done, just natural, and I think they matched that well for me. The doctor was very kind and since it was non-incisional, there is no scar showing. But if you look closely, the tip of the nose seems to show a little. It doesn't seem severe, so I'm leaving it for now, but if it gets worse later I think I should come back... Also, because of the columellar strut at the tip of the nose, when I make big facial expressions (like smiling), I feel and hear a clicking sound that only I notice. I looked it up and apparently that's normal when a columellar strut is used. It's not a major problem, but I was a little disappointed that I wasn't informed beforehand.
