I had surgery using an open septum, silicone for the bridge, and retroauricular fascia. The director was kind, the front desk was just so-so, and the operating room staff were extremely kind. At first I thought about doing a closed procedure, but now that there's no visible trace, I think it was the right choice to do it open. It was also nice that I could see the director every time I came in for follow-up. But if I don't say I had surgery, nobody knows. And the tip of my nose seems vaguely whitish, so I think I should ask the clinic about that.
