The doctor is trying hard to explain, but instead of making it easy for the patient, he does it in his own way. Still, it's Seoul National University, so... it's fine. The nose endoscopy fee feels a bit wasteful. Looking for 1 or 2 seconds and paying 10,000 won Is there only one consultation manager? Whenever I send a KakaoTalk message to ask something, a few hours later I get a reply. Frustrating. Other hospitals reply within ten minutes. Maybe because they think I won't have surgery.. But once I scheduled a surgery date, the response got faster.
