The director is kind and takes good care of you, and he’s good-looking too. I had functional nose surgery and it came out naturally and well. My main purpose was function rather than cosmetics, so I only had my nose tip supported with autologous tissue. I prefer a natural look, and the director wasn’t excessive either, which I liked. Afterward I thought maybe I should have just made it clearly higher since I was doing it anyway, but I’m satisfied and will live with it. If I ever need revision surgery, I’d go here again
