Both the consultation manager and the director were kind. The director seemed to have a strong sense of pride. The fact that they wrote 5 years for the AS period also gave me confidence. They pointed out well what had gone wrong with the first surgery, which was good. I'm going to check whether functional nose surgery is covered by insurance before proceeding haha. I think the functional part was about 300 and the cosmetic part was about 150.
