For 4 years I had Rejuran injections regularly every 3 months, but there has never been a hospital like this one that left so many injection marks and bruises and produced such terrible results. And do they even place Rejuran carefully? Not really. The wheals are uneven and they inject in a scattered way. Right after the procedure, I looked in the mirror and saw how serious it was, so I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction, and they said they'd call me on Monday because it was already their quitting time. They didn't call on Monday, so I contacted them first. Any bad procedure is always the patient's fault. They said I moved a lot while under sleep anesthesia during the procedure. Even if I accept that the procedure didn't go well, I asked them to redo it with the originally scheduled director, and they said it couldn't be done because I had already received the procedure. I asked to be connected to the director to request an apology, but that also didn't happen. The manager didn't properly apologize either. They just kept repeating like a parrot that all 4 cc had already been injected.
