The hospital facilities and waiting time were fine. However, the doctor kindly went through the questionnaire and kept talking about his own achievements? Not exactly bragging, but when I asked about the part I was curious about, he said that was because the doctor couldn’t do something, and even though what he said seemed right, it rubbed me the wrong way because he kept talking as if he was the one who was so good at it. It would have been better if he had just explained things.. I liked the surgical method and the explanation about the surgery, but at the end he asked if I had been to many other clinics and just told me to get it done with him, and for some reason I lost interest. The consultation manager gave the best and most detailed explanation of any clinic I’ve been to! The manager.. is the best!.
