First of all, I liked that the director personally did the consultation. Some other hospitals say they consult after doing an ultrasound, but even though they had an ultrasound machine, they said there was no need to look and didn't bother, which was disappointing. The director seemed confident about the surgery and seemed to prefer taking out just enough within a safe range. After the director's consultation, I had the manager consultation, but there was another consultation ahead of me so I had to wait quite a bit. I said I wanted to see before-and-after photos, but they said there was no need and that it was my arm anyway, which is true, but it felt like they were speaking very realistically and that built trust, yet at the same time, since they're charging 10,000 won for the consultation, it felt a bit like they were pushing everything with confidence alone..? If that confidence also shows in the actual results, then it's fine, but since I haven't had surgery yet, I'm worried about deciding.
