I think I consulted with the director for about an hour. The director was especially confident about upper-body lines, especially arm lines, and explained everything professionally. However, I felt a bit of a stubborn streak? so I got the impression that if I had a complication after surgery and asked about it, it might be hard... That was the feeling, so I ended up having surgery somewhere else that felt a bit warmer and more comfortable. The consultation manager was a bit disappointing compared to the director.
