I got a consultation after a friend recommended it. The manager started speaking very casually right away, which I didn’t like. The director’s personality was good and they explained things well. But my friend got treated here and ended up with a scar on their back, so that’s what I’m worried about now. Overall, the hospital atmosphere is good and the director is proactive.
