I had my nose done at [Clinic A] at 20, and apparently they inserted mesh then... Besides that, the right nasal tip started showing through and the bridge bent slightly left, so I had revision surgery at [Clinic A] three years later. Now, three years after that, the right tip is starting to show through again and the bridge is still slightly bent left. They apparently inserted Gore-Tex or Medpor this time too;;; Anyway, while visiting clinics for consultations, I learned the current state of my nose. They told me silicone extends all the way to the tip and cartilage was placed over it. That is why the tip keeps becoming pointed... In terms of appearance, though, it is very natural; people do not know I had a nose job unless I tell them, and my friends say my nose is very pretty. Sigh, I do not know if it is just greed, but I want to do it again, and I am worried because a material said to be risky was used.
