After my first surgery, the tip of my nose was still blunt, and when I looked from the front, it still had that bulbous-nose feel, which kept bothering me. From the consultation stage, I kept telling the doctor that I did not care about making it higher; I just wanted the tip that looked wide from the front to be properly refined. They corrected it so well that it looks straight and high when seen from the front, without any pinched feeling at all, and I am satisfied. The tip shape is also round, without a sharp feel. It is surprisingly hard to find a place that does bulbous-nose correction in a way that still looks straight from the front, so I recommend it for people with bulbous noses.
