This is strange. People say they are kind these days, so I wonder what happened. This place completely changes when you make a complaint after surgery. Did they deploy paid commenters...? Seeing things like this, this community needs more filters. I think people should have to verify receipts, transfer records, business cards, and so on before writing reviews. It is a major surgery, and many young people especially come here. Please filter reviews so people write honestly. If anyone from the hospital sees this, please let me know. I am very curious whether they have become warm and accommodating with aftercare these days, or whether they still get angry.
