First I looked into private clinics if possible, and after going to consultations at places that seemed decent, the only place that properly considered my current nose condition and skin condition and diagnosed me with a CT scan because it was a revision case was D-Day, so I decided on it. They spoke honestly and realistically about the surgery, while still seeming to do their best to reflect my needs as much as possible. The aftercare and follow-up checks after surgery were also really thorough, and thanks to that I think it's been maintained well without any problems. The nose shape also came out well to match my image, probably because the director has good aesthetic sense, and now that it has more definition, I feel like the overall mood of my face has improved, so I'm very satisfied.
