The consultation manager spoke first, and asked me what the other places had told me to do. I got the impression that the consultation was being adjusted based on that. She was kind, but I trusted it a little less. However, the director looked at me in specific, detailed terms, and did not recommend things that didn't really need to be done, so I trusted him.
