First of all, the staff member who took the CT was really kind ;; And I'm not sure the manager had much expertise, but she was kind too. The director's wait time wasn't long, which was nice. They gave realistic answers.. things like 'this is the limit,' and honestly told me everything, which made me trust them, but at the same time they said things so differently from other clinics that I'm still half skeptical.. I have paid a deposit for now, but I don't know if I'll actually go through with the surgery ㅜ
