I had already undergone surgery at this clinic, and because the tip of my nose became lower, I asked about revision surgery. It was fine immediately after surgery, but they said it seemed to be due to my skin quality and recommended alar reduction plus dermis grafting. When I asked about dermis-graft side effects, they said most people use it, that it would be fine once absorbed, and told me not to worry. They discouraged autologous costal cartilage, saying its shape would remain visible. Revision surgery was originally 2.5 million won, but since alar reduction was also needed, they quoted an additional 1 million won. The price had changed, and because they would use a dermis graft, I do not think I will undergo revision surgery. There is no CT scanner inside the clinic, so it is difficult to examine the surgical progress in detail.
