After my first alar reduction, I was not happy with it and while looking into reconstruction, I found this place. First of all, because the incision goes up as far as above the alar, there is quite a lot of scarring. Also, although it improved to some extent, I cannot say it improved as much as I wanted The shadow from the scar makes the alar look saggy too. I think it would be okay if the scar were managed well, but maybe because I had such high expectations for the surgery, I am left a little disappointed.
