I had revision rhinoplasty here 4 years ago and it was a complete disaster, so now I’m thinking about a third surgery. They think the golden ratio of the side profile is the most important thing. In the end, I now have a nose tip that is too high for my facial proportions, a collapsed septum, breathing difficulty, silicone shifted to one side, and uneven nostrils. The inside function of the nose is also important, but they ignored it and only cared about the aesthetic part.
