It was my first surgery. Nose and rhinoplasty with ear cartilage, rhinoplasty with silicone. I had two procedures done at once, so the price was relatively satisfactory, and it's been a little over 3 years, and so far there have been no problems. Now that all the residual swelling is gone, there's a bit at the tip of the nose that seems to be protruding, probably ear cartilage, in a way only I can notice, and the left rhinoplasty implant sits lower than the right, causing a foreign-body sensation and one nasolabial fold.. but it was tolerable, so I didn't complain.
