My first nose surgery turned out well, but I got greedy and wanted an image that looked polished rather than youthful, so I went around to several places for consultations. Most doctors told me to stop, saying my current nose looked like the first surgeon had already taken good care of it, but I happened to come across Young & Young and fell for the scam-like temptation, wasting my life. They used excellent talk to make me undergo an unnecessary revision, then it failed, so I waited 6 months and had the height lowered. That failed too, so after another 6 months I was desperate and just told them to take everything out. Without any prior notice and even though I hadn’t asked for it, they said they had inserted a tiny amount of ear cartilage in the middle, and it ended up protruding in a big round lump. It looks awful. The really dangerous thing here is that the consultation is extremely good. They spend over an hour acting like a kind man and talk as if any shape you want is possible. I witnessed them seducing a perfectly normal middle-aged woman with no problems after surgery into getting revision like a psychopath through words alone. He kept asking me, as I was waiting to complain, “The doctor said that, so I can really go back to work in 3 days, right? I have to go to work.. there won’t be any problem, right?? My nose will become pretty, right??” I still sometimes think about how I couldn’t stop that lady, and it hurts. I lost more than two years of my youth, and I feel so betrayed by the changed attitude of the director and manager and by all that wasted time. I had it removed here, then waited several more months and finally had my last surgery with costal cartilage at another place. I feel like they are psychopaths who trick naïve people with smooth talk into unnecessary surgery. The problem is the result is awful. They also pushed eye surgery on me, and when I consulted with the other Young & Young director who handles eyes, he said, while smiling, that I hadn’t really felt dissatisfied with my eyes until now and didn’t recommend it. I don’t know why an honest person works there. I don’t even want you to think about going. I’d stop even a stranger if I could.
