The surgeon isn’t the affectionate type, but he explains things in great detail before I even ask. From an expert’s perspective, he tells you what would be best, so it’s really easy to understand. The manager was genuinely kind, cheerful, and nice. No pressure, and it felt well balanced What I was most curious about was how things would turn out if I had revision eye surgery, and showing me cases similar to mine was another reason I was drawn in.
