I hadn't made a reservation a few days in advance, but I called right after arriving to ask if it was possible, and they said I could consult right away, so I had the consultation immediately after arriving without waiting. The consultation with the director took longer than at other hospitals, and there were reviews saying he was rude, but that wasn't really the case. He didn't push different procedures on me and only talked about surgeries that were actually doable, which I liked. The manager was also fairly kind, and both of them asked if I had any more questions and were kind.
