First of all, the doctor was so busy that I only seemed to see him for 3 minutes. The problem was that I wanted only lower eyelid surgery, but he recommended partial-incision lower blepharoplasty plus fat grafting. Lower eyelid surgery is for leveling out the horizontal line, but they said there would be extra cost for balance, and that I had to make a reservation that day to get a discount, so I ended up impulsively putting down money, but I don't think I'll end up having the surgery.
