Here they talk about the deposit in a nearly coercive way, and in the end they're going to give you the same quote as everyone else anyway. At first they ask for a very high price, then lower it at the end to pull you in? They're really aggressive about selling In the end they say they're giving a huge discount, but they're just matching the price of other customers. They also almost force fat grafting.
