I decided to have the surgery because the place is so famous for facial liposuction. They recommended only the chin area because removing the buccal fat pads could make the face look too gaunt, and the result wasn't dramatic, but it changed subtly and I was satisfied. It's been a while since I had the surgery, so I'm not sure the cost is exact!
