I was scared to have anything done to the bone, so I looked into radiofrequency surgery and went to a clinic I was recommended. They said that if you only do radiofrequency on a type with both muscle and fat, the effect would be minimal, so they also recommended buccal fat removal. It felt like the explanation was more direct than kind.
