Everyone at the desk and the manager were kind. There are a lot of managers who just bluntly say you have to do it and make a reservation, but here they explained things very gently, which I liked. The director was decent too. He said that even if a scar remains, it's better to open it up cleanly and boldly, which I appreciated for being honest. But because of the price and the possibility that I might also need surgery for entropion, there were a lot of things to consider once I actually went for the consultation, so I put it on hold.
