I had surgery 10 years ago. Facial liposuction and buccal fat removal. The surgery went so well that people around me kept asking about it back then. Maybe once the buccal fat is removed, it doesn't come back? Right now I have a V-line. My facial fat came back because I got older and gained weight.. It was done while I was briefly asleep after anesthesia and then woke up, so that also made me trust it, and seeing that the clinic is still there now, I guess it really is good~
