More than 10 years ago, I had buccal fat removal here. Back then, I hated how my cheeks looked like I was holding candy in my mouth. It was removed cleanly, and my face became very slim. But then I lost more weight and got older, and now I have a hollowed-out look like a peanut I wonder if I should have thought about buccal fat removal more carefully. Now I'm looking into cheek fat grafting in reverse. It's ironic, isn't it.
