When I had the consultation, the doctor consultation was kind and explained things well... but on my surgery day, the doctor was yelling at a nurse in the operating room where I was lying down (it wasn't because of me) The doctor was so excited and running around that I was really scared the surgery might go wrong In the end, the facial fat grafting came out natural, so I just didn't file a complaint, but,,, I don't think I'll ever go there again~
