They weren't that friendly, and even though I said I wanted domestic filler, they kept recommending imported filler, which annoyed me. It felt less like kindness and warmth and more like a battle of wills? The procedure result itself has decent longevity and isn't very noticeable, so I'm kind of satisfied, but there is a slight asymmetry, so 3 points.
