To start with the conclusion, I don't like it because it feels like I only ended up with a nose that's higher but still bulbous. My nose was a high bulbous nose, meaning the tip was low, the bridge was high, the nostrils were large, and the tip was blunt and thick. Because of that, the doctor recommended rhinoplasty without implants. They used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and for the tip surgery, they said the nostrils would naturally narrow if the nose was lifted, so they didn't do that part and instead did osteotomy. Looking at the result, it doesn't even feel like I had surgery. It just feels like my nose got a little higher, while the tip is still blunt and the nostrils are still wide, so it felt like 3.5 million won went up in smoke. The only good thing was that there were no side effects??.. I only later found out that Dr. Kim Ki-wan seems to strongly prefer natural results. But I wanted something more dramatic than natural... What I learned here is that you need to state your own opinion more clearly during consultation and make sure you know exactly what kind of doctor they are before going. Right now I'm looking into revision surgery, and I don't plan to get anything else done here. I recommend it if you want natural results rather than a big change. And the doctor who handled the surgery clearly did not correct the bulbous nose well, but even at 3 months they kept saying it was still swelling, which made me completely lose patience ㄹㅇ . . . Thinking about it now, I don't think their skill is that great either. I had plastic surgery, but it doesn't even look like I had anything done, and when I said I wanted aftercare, they kept blaming swelling and dodging the issue, which was insanely frustrating. The homepage reviews are bad too.
