- Waiting time was about 30 minutes based on the scheduled time - The director came in and the consultation started kindly - Same bright feeling as I had seen on YouTube - He first touched my nose and diagnosed it - He said the nose is made up of the bridge and the tip, and the ratio of a pretty nose is 3 parts bridge to 1 part tip (3:1) - In my case, neither the bridge nor the tip was especially low, but he said the ratio was about 1:1.5, and because the nasal cartilage was large, it looked like a bulbous nose + a short nose - He said that the visual line should end below the lowest point of the nostrils to look pretty, but mine was the opposite, so it was not pretty - After opening it, he said the surgery would reduce the cartilage that is spread wider than average and, rather than simply raising the tip itself, slightly secure the part that looks like a lifted nose so it gathers together when seen from the front + reduce the appearance of a wide nose - He used cotton swabs to shape the nose line, and I felt good because he pointed out exactly the part of my nose that I was dissatisfied with when seen from the front - He said my bridge did not need silicone, and even though the tip would be lifted a little, if the bridge stayed the same it would look too Pinocchio-like, so he advised not to be greedy and to raise it by only about 2 mm - I said I was worried that if silicone were added to the bridge, it might look narrower because my between-the-eyes area is not very wide, and he kindly explained again while showing me how it would look with silicone - I spent about 25 minutes just in consultation with the director, asking what I wanted to ask and discussing the photos I had brought <Conclusion> - I placed a reservation here - I consulted with G.H.R. - If autologous rib cartilage does not work, then donor rib cartilage - They mentioned that if donor rib cartilage is used, there would be an additional 1,000,000 won - My trust increased because he explained everything about my nose in professional detail - There was no particular feeling that the staff were especially kind, but my final review is that I want to trust the director alone and leave it to him
