Even when I was just looking straight ahead, my double chin was clearly visible. My top priority was to improve the double chin, but I wanted it to improve naturally even if it did get better. I was glad they seemed to understand that well. They mainly focused on the double chin, but they also considered my whole face shape, and there was absolutely no over-treatment or pressure to proceed with surgery, so I could consult without feeling burdened.
