My midface was long, and my impression was oddly more aged, so out of curiosity I went in thinking that shortening the philtrum and adjusting the midface feeling might help, and it was fascinating. They palpated the inside and outside of the mouth overall, as if to improve the mouth shape naturally, so the surgery didn't seem too burdensome. I also thought it was amazing that they measured the ratio between the nose and lips, and adjusted everything one by one to suit the feel of the face.
