But after surgery, although they said they would remove all the foreign material inside my nose and reconstruct the septum, they removed none of it and spent three hours doing only that septal reconstruction, then charged me 5 million won. I did not ask them to change the shape of my nostrils, but they cut them however they wanted. After surgery, they also created something inside the nostrils, whether scar tissue or cartilage, and because they cut away the nostrils, they made them look like a fork when viewed from the front. This is an absolutely terrible clinic with no aesthetic sense and no surgical skill.
