I found them through a blog and thought they'd be meticulous. They said they pursue a natural line, but they raised the glabella so the nose bridge slope looked smaller. For me, a slightly lower glabella suits me better.. Anyway, after the surgery, about a year later, one part of the tip of my nose suddenly looked sharply protruding? When I asked, they said it was cartilage, but I have no idea why a piece of sharply shaped cartilage moved to the tip of my nose. They said they'd do a revision, so I had it done, but the aesthetics were still not great, and the cartilage was visible all the way inside the nostrils. Both the first and second surgeries made triangular nostrils. My round nostrils became triangular. I thought about asking them to fix the cartilage showing inside again, but I just went to another hospital. They did their best there too to fix the triangular nostrils, but it's still triangular. More like a less noticeable triangle.. I'm living with it more or less satisfied now.
